Tameo SLK082 Tyrrell 011 Ford – 1982 – White Metal Car Kit – Scale 1:43, Made In Italy

This white metal kit is a replica of a Formula 1 Tyrrell 011 Ford race car driven by Michele Alboreto (finished 3rd / qualified 5th) in car #3 & Brian Henton in car #4 at the 1982 San Marino Grand Prix.  Kit includes photo etched parts, decals and instructions.  Photos of the actual car are shown still sealed in the clear plastic packaging and may not be clear.  must be completely assembled.  Kit weighs 5 oz.  

The SLK “Silverline Series” kits are produced using non-opening components and without the use of technical applications. This makes it easier for their assembly and therefore easier for the non-experienced modelling enthusiast. The kit usually consists of about 100 components. The body, the lower part of the body and the main components are cast in white metal. All the flat components are made using a photoengraving process, whilst the tyres are made of real rubber. The smallest metal parts, for example the rims, the disc brakes and the aerial, are made of aluminium and of turned brass. The kits include a full colour instruction sheet and one set of transfer decals.
